Do I need an account to play?
No email or password is required. The app creates an anonymous account for you automatically, and your profile and progress are saved in the cloud.
I lost connection during a game. What happens?
Tenhouse pauses the table and gives you a short window to reconnect right where you left off.
How do I play with friends?
Share your Profile ID so friends can send you a request, or create a private room and invite them from your friends list.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your cloud profile and related data.
Is XP or progression real money?
No. Experience points and other progression are virtual only — they can’t be purchased or exchanged for real money.
